Blog - Fall Into Cookie Cutters

As we give our reluctant goodbyes to the fading summer sun, we look ahead to days of falling leaves, apples, pumpkin spice everything, and all the traditional aspects of autumn that eventually make it acceptable! This is the start of the season of cookie cutters that could be used for all sorts of decorative touches, from tabletop décor to gifts. There is so much inspiration to be found in something as simple as a leaf!

Bring out a platter of these for just about any fall festivity. Wedding reception, church get-together, office party (fall birthdays, anyone?), school field trips …the list goes on!

Napkin Rings

Napkin Rings made from cookie cutters

Use various shapes of autumnal cookie cutters as napkin rings- guaranteed to jazz up any meal. Either choose all the same shape for formality, or try an assortment- Acorn, Pumpkin, Maple Leaf, Oak Leaf, etc.

How about spicing up your next pancake breakfast with some Fall Flair? Put the pancake mix in a squeeze bottle to make it easier to form a pancake design with the cookie cutter. Food coloring will really bring the shape to life!

It's ok to be cheesy sometimes! Use a Maple or Oak Leaf cookie cutter to cut out shapes from crescent rolls. Feel free to cheese it up with wild abandon.

Happy Fall, and if you'll be raking leaves in your yard- remember take a few breaks!
