Blog Heart Shaped Buttermilk Biscuits

Heart Shaped Buttermilk Biscuits Recipe
- Small Heart Shaped Ann Clark Cookie Cutter
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup butter (softened)
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
Preheat oven to 425â„‰. Combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl. Cut in butter with two knives or in a food processor until coarse. Make a "well" in the center and pour in the buttermilk. Stir until moistened. Turn out onto a floured board. Knead 10-12 strokes. Pat out to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut out into heart shapes with your Ann Clark Heart Shaped Cookie Cutter or regular Ann Clark Biscuit Cutter and bake for 10-15 minutes or until tops are slightly golden in color.
