Custom-Lafayette College Cookie Cutter
Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania, is home to a scenery-rich campus that overlooks the Delaware River. The population of around 2,450 students is large enough to provide ample opportunities, but small enough to feel like a tight-knit community. The student-to-faculty ratio is about 10 to 1.
To show off their school spirit, Lafayatte asked us to create their school's "L" shape as a cookie cutter, which accompanied their black & red recipe card. Each recipe card included "Chef John's Favorite Sugar Cookie Cut outs with Vanilla Bean Icing." Go Leopards!
