Dark Chocolate Ganache

Description: This chocolate ganache pairs well with with our sugar cookie recipe


  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 12 ounces Finely Chopped Bittersweet or Milk Chocolate

Yield: 1 and 1/2 cups

Prep Time: 30 minutes.

Total Time: 30 minutes.

Heat heavy cream in a small saucepan over medium heat (or in a bowl in the microwave) until scalded and bubbling. Remove from heat and add chocolate. Let sit for a couple of minutes, and then stir until smooth.
