This makes an icing the right consistency for piping. For "flooding" (filling the cookie after piping around the border) add water a little at a time to achieve a pour-able consistency, like heavy cream.
- 1 lb Confectioner's Sugar
- 3 tablespoons Meringue Powder
- 1/2 cup Warm Water
DIRECTIONS:In a mixing bowl, combine confectioners sugar, meringue powder and warm water; mix on medium speed for 5 minutes.
